ADVERTISEMENTS:

Established in 1903, the award-winning Oshkosh West Index is published eight times a year. In 2003, co-editor-in-chief Jonathan Tsao created and launched the Index Online Version. The Web site was named a 2004 Online Pacemaker Finalist by the National Scholastic Press Association. It was incorporated into Google News in March of 2004. During the 2003-2004 school year, the Index also celebrated its 100th anniversary with a special section looking back on a century of high school journalism.
