Wildcat Wrapup

Boys Track

-Placed eighth at conference.

-The 3,200-meter relay team of Charlie Gray, Travis Pernsteiner, Brock Sennott and Nate Hernday placed second (8:20.32) at conference.

-The state meet is held Friday, June 1 at UW-LaCrosse.



Girls Soccer

-Defeated Oshkosh North 1-0.

-Defeated Menasha 4-1.

-Finished with a record of 3-6 in conference.

-There are nine underclassmen on the team this year.

-Regionals will be held Saturday, May 26 at Schumerth.



Baseball

-Defeated Appleton East 16-4 to give them a record of 8-8.

-Kevin Thomas is the third ranked batter in the FVA with an average of .423.

-Regionals will be held Tuesday, May 29 at Peppler Field.



Boys Tennis

-Placed fifth at conference.

-Steve Langkau (number one singles) placed third at conference.

-Eric Plante, Andy Kieckhafer, and Brett Giltner also placed third at conference.

-The state tournament will be held on May 31 in Madison.



Softball

-Defeated Appleton East 1-0 in 12 innings.

-Have an 11-7 record in conference.

-Earned the number one regional seed.

-Sectionals are held on Tuesday, May 29 at Wisconsin Rapids.



Girls Track

-Placed sixth at conference.

-Caitlin Hesser finished first in the 100, second in the 200 and third in the 400.

-Kristin Wiley placed second in the triple jump.

-The state meet takes place on Friday, June 1 at UW-LaCrosse.
